The Carvel Ukrainian Cultural Society aims to create a thriving, inclusive, and connected rural community.
To foster engagement and resiliency by offering programs, events, and services that benefit our community while upholding Ukrainian culture and traditions.
Carvel Hall, located in the Hamlet of Carvel, Alberta, is home to The Carvel Ukrainian Cultural Society. The Society, established in 1928, strives to continue Ukrainian culture, arts, and language while serving the community. Built in 1935, the hall has been a community gathering place for generations.
We host activities throughout the year. Our hall is also available for rent for private events.
We have a close relationship with St. Nicholas Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, also in Carvel.
