Insurance Requirements
PAL insurance is required for any event that provides alcohol service. This insurance can be purchased through any insurance broker or online. As a community hall operating in Parkland County, Jubilee Insurance requires us to verify this coverage for all renters who choose to include alcohol at their events.
Additionally, Parkland County requires that the renter's insurance policy provides a minimum coverage amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in commercial general liability.

Security Deposits
Security deposits are equal to the amount of rent. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after conclusion of the event, provided the hall is in the same condition as at the commencement of the rental event, as per the rental contract.
